Nyeri – Former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua He has issued a strong warning against any attempts to disrupt the results of the 2027 general election.

Gachagua warned that any action to distort the wishes of the people could plunge Kenya into unprecedented chaos.

During an interview on Obinna TV on Friday, May 16, Gachagua called on the electoral authority, warning that the number of young people in the country, especially Generation Z, would not accept fraud in the elections.

Gachagua, known for his speech and often sharp style, ignored the idea that any political systems, including so -called deeper government or within government, could influence the presidential vote.

According to him, changes to the electoral law and the law for many years have made the polling station a major democratic power center.

“Let me tell you, my brother, yes, forget about the system, forget about Deep State and forget about IEBC. No one can steal the presidential election, ” He said.

He referred to the 2013 Supreme Court’s decision that declared the results of the polling stations, noting that the reforms that needed to count the ballot be made at the polling station have closed the door for a massive ballot theft.

Reflecting on the 2022 general election, where he was the protagonist, Gachagua held that the victory was achieved with justice and transparency.

How can Ruto get a victory 2027

Gachagua directed his attention to the current political situation, questioning the possibility of the President William Ruto re -elected 2027.

He claimed that the foundations were changing and warned that any attempt to cheat the results would fail, even if Ruto had appointed his closest allies to oversee the activity.

“Even if William Ruto appointed Farouk Kibet to be chairman of the IEBC. Yeah, or Oscar Sudi As the IEBC chairman, he will still fail. The vote against William Ruto, the difference will be very great. I can tell you no one can do anything about it, ” He insisted.

The former deputy president did not hesitate when he predicted negative consequences if the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) tried to intervene in the democratic process.

Compared to the violence that broke out after the 2007 election, Gachagua issued a stern warning.

“I say, the situation in the country, if the IEBC tries to disrupt the elections, there will be no country here. 2007 will look like a Christmas ceremony. I can’t tell you,” Gachagua saw.

He called on the commissioners to overcome political pressure and maintain the integrity of the electoral process.

“I want to urge those commissioners to be Kenyans, to be patriotic, and not to try to force William Ruto to the people of Kenya. It will not succeed. The Kenyan people will not accept it. People want to change, and they are ready for change,” Gachagua appealed.

Why is Kenyan gen Z

The essence of Gachagua’s message, however, was the enthusiastic approval of the Kenyan youth.

He praised the Demography of the Z generation as a powerful, strong, and impaired force that would play an important role in the 2027 elections.

Describing them as dangerous, he said their change of change cannot be ignored or bought.

He also revealed that many Gen Z had already started accessing national IDs and preparing to register as voters, thus signaling the extreme of youth participation in the democratic process.

“Let me tell you the Gen Z group is dangerous. This group is not tribal, it cannot be affected, it cannot be hit KSh 200. I can tell you, the wave of Gen Z is coming and it will be great,” he added.
