A family in Migori County mourns the death of his daughter and mother, Beryl Vera Adhiambo.

The 30 -year -old is allegedly killed by her husband, who fled the scene, leaving her body locked in their bedroom.
According to the news, the mother of four arrived at her home in Banana Estate with her husband at 3am on May 9.
Where was Beryl’s body found?
The maid remembered to see the couple enter their room. However, later that day, she was worried when the bedroom door was locked for hours and Beryl had not been seen.
Could not reach the Beryl family, the house assistant contacted the police. When the officers arrived, they broke the door of the bedroom and found the living beryl body inside. He had suffered many facial and body injuries.
Beryl’s family later confirmed that her husband, who had disappeared after the incident, was also found dead on Wednesday, May 14.

The deceased was on a marriage filled with turmoil
It is said that it was not the first time the mother of four children was tortured by her husband. He had previously reported several incidents of police violence, but no effective measures were taken to protect him.
His brother revealed that there was a time when he returned to his parents’ house for three days after being physically attacked. When she returned, her husband struck her even more than ever.
She also explained that in a recent incident, Beryl’s husband waited for her to take off her clothes before attacking her on Sime, leaving her body injuries.
She ran to a friend’s house the next day but returned a week later after her husband returned to cry, apologizing and promised not to hurt her again.
He had sent the children home so they could attend school. Despite telling her mother that she had a bad feeling about returning, Beryl decided to join her family again.
A week later, he was brutally murdered. She has left four young children, including two twins and two girls.
