Ringtone is charged with KSh 50m fraud, Kenyans online awaken the Masimango: “Servant of God?”

Gospel gospel singer Alex Nyachonga Apoko, the famous Ringtone, has been charged with conspiracy to defraud in a case of high -quality land allegations involving a piece of KSh 50 million.

Why was Ringtone charged in court?

According to the court documents seen by TUKO.co.ke, Ringtone was charged with Alfred Juma Ayora.

The two allegedly conspired to acquire Teresiah Adhiambo Odhiambo land through fraud, located in the Nairobi/Block 99/142, which has a size of approximately 0.1908 hectares.

The indictment claims to be:

“The defendants claimed that they had been living on the property for over two decades, which they knew was not true.”

Ringtone was arrested on March 27, 2025, and brought to court the next day.

In addition to the conspiracy, Ringtone’s co -accused, Ayora, faces two more charges: swearing in falsehood and giving false evidence.

He allegedly issued a false statement under the oath before the attorney and submitted an affidavit in the Environmental and Land Court during the advice concerning the land.

The two denied the charges and were denied bail.

They were detained in the Industrial Area prison until May 19, when the court is expected to make a decision on their request for bail.

Is the ringtone dating Woah Vicky?

Another news, US online protagonist, Victoria Rose Waldrip, known as Woah Vicky, publicly denied rumors about having a relationship with ringtone.

The fiancée, who recently visited Kenya, made it clear that she was not married and was not having sexuality with the singer.

The rumor exacerbated after the ringtone posted a video on Instagram showing them walking hands down on the stairs in the top hall of Nairobi.

However, Vicky put things in place quickly by asking Ringtone to drop the video.
