Vincent Owino posted a video on his account of Tiktokshowing a mourning family burning their loved one in a water -filled tomb.
Owino, along with the bereaved family, failed to remove the water to ensure dry funeral.
“It is sad to lose a loved one and bury him in natural water, after all the funeral pressure,” Mandihsi in the region said.
In another video, Owino was seen bowing to the grave with a bucket, trying to fetch water.
However, his efforts were unpleasant, and later he explained that the water was not due to heavy rain.
“We tried hard to get rid of the water, but it was completely unable – it was rising on the rock,” He explained.
