A maid allegedly killed a colleague by urinating in bed in their employer’s house

The tragedy has hit a family in Lilayi, Zambia, after one of their domestic workers allegedly stabbed his colleague and killed him.

The suspect, identified by the name of Mary, is said to have joined the dance family just two days before allegedly killing a 22 -year -old colleague.

The deceased, Memory Kazhila, who served the family for more than four years, is said to have clashed with Mary on the evening of May 5 before meeting her sudden death. The suspect fled the scene after carrying out the crime.

Why did the Zambian maid kill his colleague?

According to Nkini, Zambian police said that the two maids contacted what was suspected of being a person in bed, according to a preliminary investigation.

However, police also noted that the exact cause of the conflict is still unknown.

Kazhila’s body was discovered after a 12 -year -old Dance family discovered blood from the maid room.

He asked Mary who answered her with the blood that was chicken. Without convinced, the child went into the room and just found the body of their longtime hostess lying on the floor.

Police officers inspecting the criminal area confirmed that Kazhila had multiple knife injuries in the chest, arm and stomach.

His body was taken to the University’s University Training Hospital (UTH) mortuary for a corpse examination.

Police spokesman Rae Hamoonga said that the Zambian police service had initiated a search for the suspect and called on the public to provide any possible information.

He also condemned the act of abuse and emphasized the police’s commitment to ensuring justice is done.
