The 23 -year -old student, Erick Joseph Irungu, disappeared in a confusing way on April 13, leaving his family in fear and deep sadness.

Erick is a fourth year student at the Cooperative University in Karen, Nairobi.

“He was studying for a science degree in marketing, creativity and technology and he had just about a month to finish studies,” Said his mother Erick.

Where did he appear last time?

On the day of his disappearance, Erick’s family thought he was in college and when his mother phoned him several times, he did not respond.

“I phoned him at three o’clock at night, he didn’t receive it. I tried again an hour later but he still didn’t pick up the phone,” Said her mother sadly.

His family said they had tried to find him everywhere, including in the City Mortuary, but their efforts were not fruitful.

“It’s a good boy. We have looked at various hospitals in Nairobi and even Mochari to see if he was lying or taken there, but we have not yet found him,“Said the family relative.

The family has voiced great concerns, saying the days have passed many without realizing Erick.

They have called on the government to intervene and assist in the efforts to find him.

“We ask anyone who knows where he is or who has seen him let us know. Where are you?” Asked one of the relatives of the family.
