What killed Edward Kwach?

The Spice FM presenter died on the night of April 28, 2025, while undergoing treatment for spinal fever.

His death was confirmed by a statement from the family issued by his spokesman Michael Okwiri, who described Kwach as a beloved son, brother, and a pleasant voice in the Kenyan waves.

Kwach had been receiving treatment for several weeks before his death, in which his family and friends called on the public to donate blood.
