Meru – Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has called on the Minister of Internal Security Kipchumba Murkomen try to order him to be arrested for allegedly providing great confidential information.

Speaking on Weru TV on Sunday, April 27, the former Deputy President denied allegations of violation of the Official Secrets Act.

According to Gachagua, talk about the biggest corruption under Presidential administration William Ruto cannot be considered a secret statement.

The former deputy president pledged to continue to expose the evils under Ruto’s supervision despite the arrest threats issued by Murkomen.

“Since when corruption and crime became national secrets? I want to tell the minister, continue to release charges, prisons were built for men. Said Gachagua.

During the same time, Gachagua accused Ruto of sending the Rift Valley MPs to insult the former president Uhuru Kenyatta.

The former Mathira MP wondered why Ruto is using Kapseret MP, Oscar Sudiinsulting freedom instead of fighting for himself.

“Why do you send Sudi and Murkomen to insult Uhuru Kenyatta? Why not insult yourself?” He asked.

In a recent interview, Murkomen quoted government secret law, which aims to protect government secrets and national security by banning the issuance or unauthorized use of government information, including plans, documents and communications, in a way that could endanger the security or interests of the Republic.
