The Migori Magistrate’s Court on Friday, April 25, fined Stephen Odhiambo Obise, also known as Obisalom Komando, KSh 500,000 or 18 months’ imprisonment.

Senior Chief Magistrate Mathias Okuche decided that Komando held an illegal helicopter and voluntarily to pay the dowry of the famous Ohangla musician Evance Ochieng, better known as Prince Indah, in Rapogi on April 13 at 11:00 pm.
“With enough evidence presented to this court against defendant Stephen Odhiambo, this court has found you guilty of the offense,” The judge said.
“I impose a fine of KSh 500,000 cash in a 500,000 KSh guarantee or 18 months’ imprisonment for Steven Odhiambo,” Okuche decided.
The accused was charged with endangering the safety and safety of the aircraft and his passengers for making a mess, under section 46 (1) (a) of the Aviation Act, Chapter 394.
He was arrested by police on April 15 and taken to court on April 23, where he admitted to committing the offense.
