Nairobi – MCA North Kariobangi Joel Munuve died while receiving treatment at a private hospital near Kiambu Road, Nairobi.

The sad news was confirmed by Nairobi County Assembly Speaker Kennedy Ngondi, explaining that the parliament has no history of Munuve’s illness.
According to Speaker Ngondi, Munuve suddenly fell and left the world on Tuesday, April 22.
“The leadership of the Nairobi County Parliament is sad to announce the death of one of our members, Joel Munuve, who served the people of Kariobangi in the north by volunteering,” said Ngondi. “His sudden death is a major loss to his family, voters, and the entire Nairobi City County government.”
Speaker Ngondi referred to Munuve as being more than a fellow worker – calling him a strong brother and leader whose presence and understanding improved Parliament.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and voters in this difficult time,” Speaker added.
In the midst of his notes, painful cries were heard from the corpse, showing the great shock and sadness that Munuve’s sad relatives had.
What happened before Joel Munuve’s death?
Kileleshwa MCA Robert Alai, a close friend of his colleague, said the two often walked together and referred to Munuve as his closest partner in Parliament.

He confirmed that Munuve was taken from home by Peter, a 20 -year -old friend, and that the MCA complained of chest pain while heading to the city.
According to Alai, Munuve collapsed and died outside the hospital, ignoring earlier reports that he was receiving treatment at the center.
“He always used his own car or of his friend, but today he felt bad and for Luck worse, he died in front of the hospital, ” Alai said. “We pray for the comfort and comfort of his family.”
The body has been transported to Lee Funeral Home waiting for a corpse examination.
Meanwhile, on Saturday, April 19, Munuve claimed that billions of dollars were lost through a complex Dishi and County school feeding program.
His allegations sparked a heated debate in political and public circles.
Former Trans Nzoia MCA dies in a road accident
Other news, former Shikhendu ward representative Eric Wanyonyi Musumba died on April 14, following a fatal road accident on a fruit bridge along the Kitale -Webye road.
Musumba, who served as the MCA of the Sikhendu ward in Trans Nzoia County from 2017 to 2022, suffered multiple injuries to the crash.
He was rushed to Cheranga Nursing Home and was scheduled for surgery but, sadly, he died from his injuries.
