AMAsache’s advice to politicians
The painful elder warned current leaders against despising their predecessors in the office.
“Protect them with the honors who have served in the office. Today you are in the office, tomorrow you do not know,” He said bitterly.
He said that when a person is in power everything looks good and is respected for his position.
“But when you are out of authority, then you discover the realities of things. People will not hold your phones because they don’t need it anymore,” he added.
Kenyans give a hybrid feeling about Amaswache’s work change
LIPES VICTOR:
“It hurts to see him in that situation. He was a very good man. When he was deputy governor, he helped my family so much when we lost my father to cancer in 2014.
Raduku Oketch:
“Having titles like ‘deputy’ that do not have any obligations and relying on your masters is a complex situation.
Walter James:
“But what about now? Suppose maybe he lived in his own power? However, how can he not have any investments? He seems now that he understands that the authority is temporary, but did he know that when he was in power?
John Oletito:
“Financial education is a daily lesson. This story shows the importance of having financial skills in managing income. Having a million dollars without investing can cause shame later. When a man is down, learn not to laugh.”
Wekesa Brown:
“And this is why some of our relatives become more delicate. Maybe this relative was so generous, he taught the children, he paid for treatment, now it is a contempt for contempt. People should understand not everyone puts money than personality. I would like to help people even if it means to die poor. Don’t judge someone like this.
