In a statement released on Thursday, April 17, the Criminal Investigation Department (DCI) said suspects identified as Alex Mugo Wachira and Simon Chomba Mbogo were pretending to be women who were providing massage services.

In one of the cases being investigated, one victim was deceived by what appeared to be two beautiful women who provided high -quality mass services.
