Kenyan Newspaper, April 15: A will painted Francis Ogolla about the right to be distributed to his property

The local newspaper on Tuesday, April 15, published a number of topics, among them a will by the late General Francis Ogolla, in which he mentioned how his property would be divided.

One newspaper focused on the non -decision -making state of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) on its cooperation with the President's government William Ruto.

1. The Standard

The Standard newspaper has highlighted a will left by the late General Francis Ogolla, who died in the crash of Chopa Elgeyo Marakwet in April last year.

Ogolla wrote the will 2012 in front of his colleagues at the time; Lieutenant Colonel John Njenga and Lieutenant Colonel Stephen Sane, according to The Standard.

It was put in the will that after his death, Ogolla's property would be managed equally by his two children, Lorna Achieng and Joel Rabuku.

He distributed to his widow, Aileen Ogolla, as well as all her children of service, including salaries, pensions, congratulations, and compensation.

According to the will, Aileen would be eligible for 50% of the property, and the remaining 50% will be divided equally by Lorna and Joel.

Ogolla's will involved his closest family, leaving his other relatives.

“To all my relatives – all the blessed,” He reportedly wrote in a will.

In addition, he left his widow a house on Hatheru Road, Nairobi, imposing conditions that if she was not there, her children would own the same ownership.

For Lorna, the deceased mentioned that she would take the property near the Pangani shopping center, along with all her shares in the NIC Securities and the Bible owned by her maternal grandmother.

For Joel, Ogolla ordered that he would take the property in Siaya, and other differences near Pangani, Nairobi.

Besides, it was stated in the will that Joel would take all the personal things of his dead father.

Anything that is not included in the document will be shared equally between Joel and Lorna.

Ogolla ordered his clothes to be burned.

“I order all my personal clothes to be thrown with burns,” The Standard newspaper quoted the will by the High Court Judge Patricia Nyaundi of the Supreme Court.

During his sad death, Ogolla's value was estimated at KSh 150 million.

His wealth was mainly associated with property investment, including shares in investment company, Felora, as well as Sacco shares and related benefits.

Had at least nine bank accounts, owns cars Threetwo residential houses, and a total of six properties – four being Siaya and two Alego Central and Alego East.

In addition to sharing property, Ogolla also described how he would like his funeral to be done, including burial within 72 hours after his death and without a coffin.

The newspaper reported on the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM), which is not in a compromise on support of President William Ruto's administration.
