The 39 -year -old man named Kirimi reported that his misery began when he was romantically related to a married woman, who regularly visits her home to fulfill the body's needs.
Speaking to Inooro TV, Kirimi recalled the day of the tragedy where the villagers, including the chief and husband of the woman, found her and her married boyfriend in prostitutes.
“A few days before, I had a controversy with the chief after I robbed me of my boda boda motorcycle. During the tension, I threatened her life, which upset her. He narrated.
Kirimi said that when she saw her husband the woman among the invaders, the woman was in a panic and suddenly turned around, claiming that she took her to her home.
“She denied knowing me completely, saying I took her to me and defiled her. She was afraid her husband would know that she was betraying her, especially considering she was pregnant with the husband,” He explained.
Kirimi case in court
This was the beginning of his trip to the court, where he was convicted of the woman's offense, and was thus imprisoned until 2039.
“I did not understand much about the conduct of the case in court, and I also hid the truth about my relationship with the woman. He regretted it.

He thought that to say the fact that they had a relationship would cause him more legal problems.
Kirimi said he felt the sentence he received was too severe, and he hoped the woman could come out to dismiss the charges because they were in a romantic relationship.
“The woman wanted to protect her marriage by cheating that she did not know me, and I also thought to hide our relationship in court would help me. I was very wrong,” He said sadly.
He said life in prison has not been easy, and he hopes his appeal will be successful in order to start life.
