The mourners poured into his Mass of the Requiem in the Cathedral of Christ the King, with tears flowing as they remembered how Francisca became a good and prayerful human being.
How did Francisca Ihongoyi die?
The 40 -year -old is said to send a prayer message to the WhatsApp prayer forum, reminding Joseph of the Bible, who also predicted his death through prayer.
“O blessed Joseph, you took your last breath in the loving hug of Jesus and Mary. When the seal of death closes my life, come with Jesus and Mary to help me. Give me this comfort for that hour – to die with their holy hands around me. He read the message in your holy hands.
On March 29, it is said that Francisca woke up happy, prepared for breakfast, and went to help balance her cousin's books at a nearby business store.
The mother of two left her feet but fell a few meters from home. Witnesses at the scene rushed him to Zion Hospital in the city of Bungoma, where he died despite the efforts of doctors to revive him.
A dead examination revealed later that Francisca died of a heart attack caused by blood clots due to arterial damage, a condition known as atherosclerosis.
The lecturer at the University of the Prophet died a day after sending the application to the WhatsApp group, making many believe that he felt his life was heading to the brink.

And the Chairman of the Business Administration and Business Management of the University of the Prophet, Consolata Simiyu, said before the sudden death, Francisca had organized exams on March 28, which he handed over to his colleagues.
“Starting tomorrow, I won't be there. Make sure my students have made my cat,” Simiyu quoted the late lecturer as telling his colleague.
“The next day, I received a phone call from my colleague that Francisca was no longer there. What happened? He fell, and that's the end,” he added.
He referred to Francisca as a team player and a comforter who was smart, confident, strong and trusted, adding that he always had a lasting smile.
“If there is a lecturer Kibabi has ever been with him, then he is Francisca. Simiyu said.
