The newspaper reported on a diplomatic dispute caused by former prime minister Raila Odinga's statement about the South Sudanese crisis.
Raila, who was appointed as a special envoy to South Sudan had claimed President Salva Kiir had denied the opportunity to meet with Vice President Riek Machar and his wife Angelina Teny.
In a meeting with the media, Raila also claimed that he was instructed by Kiir to meet with the president of Uganda Yoweri Museveni.
However, Kiir has criticized Raila, referring to his statement as a distortion of diplomatic rules and regulations.
South Sudanese President David Amor Majur said that Raila's trip to Uganda was planned as early as a diplomatic.

Majur explained that reports of Machar's arrest and his wife are false.
