Veteran host Jeff Koinange is launching his highly anticipated podcast, and as he revealed what fans should expect, he shared some of his confessions.

The 60-year-old journalist returned to television in December after a short hiatus, and lamented how Kenyans had ‘killed’ him on social media.
Since his return, he has been trying new things, including ear piercing, while many praised his colleague Patrick Igunza for the new changes.
He also opened up about his first marriage, revealing that he was married for seven years to a flight attendant while living in the United States.
He explained that despite the painful separation due to the loss of love between them, the two have continued to have a good relationship and are still communicating digitally.

Jeff, who is currently married to Shaila Koinange, shared these rare details about his personal life as he reflected on how they all moved into new chapters of their lives.
In his new podcast, Off The RecordJeff gave an overview of his first two guests, Name Kageni and former Classic FM presenter Cess Mutungi.
In the short video, he asked Maina about his romantic situation and talked to Mutungi about the difficult period he went through which made him depressed for several months.
Towards the end, Jeff admitted that he recently found out he has another 30-year-old daughter that he never knew about.
“The other day I found out that I have a 30-year-old daughter. From her mother,” he said.
Maina expressed her surprise, hinting that she will tell more before the promotional video ends. The TV host did not say when he will launch the first episode of his podcast.

How was Jeff’s first experience in the cabin?
The presenter recently became popular after a video went viral showing his first time eating “kibandaski” food with his colleague Patrick Igunza.
During the meal, the presenter expressed genuine surprise about the low price of his chicken and rice meal of 330 shillings while jokingly asking about the absence of waiters and “sparkling water” in the food booth.
He impressed many Kenyans by refusing to eat stomachs and questioning what local vegetables they were serving.
