Nairobi, Kenya: Police are looking for two women who allegedly stole items worth KSh 335,000 and KSh 140,000 in cash from a man’s house in Kilimani.

According to Derrick Mbugua, a man he only identified as ZZZ entered the club to have fun with his friend and enjoy a concert by popular musician Prince Indah.
A moment later the friend left, and the man decided to stay and finish his drink, and at the same time two women approached his table and asked to join him.

He welcomed them, they were happy until four in the morning, then they left for his home in Kilimani.
“He left his drink and went to the toilet, and after returning to his table, two women he had befriended had spiked his drink with medicine,” said Mbugua.
“Mr. ZZZ drank himself, the next few minutes he was walking like a zombie, following every order he was given. Then, the three got into a taxi, and he actually paid for the trip using his phone, and the destination was his house; women were seen entering the area and using the elevator with him,” he said.
After entering the house, the man smelled that something was wrong; he locked himself in the room; that’s when the ladies decided to raid his belongings.
What valuable items were stolen from the Kilimani residence?
It is alleged that the women took iPhone 15 Pro worth KSh 170,000, Samsung 14 worth KSh 65,000, Lenovo Laptop worth KSh 60,000, HP laptop worth KSh 100,000, expensive perfumes (500 dollars) cash and (500 dollars) cash. To add insult to injury, they also withdrew KSh 37,500 from the NCBA bank.

“After robbing Mr ZZZ, the women leftthe next, carrying everything in a shopping bag, and walking as if nothing had happened,” Mbugua claimed.
Mr. ZZZ was still very drunk, and to luck good, his friends who were calling him and looking for him managed to find the young man alive and took him to the hospital.
“The case was reported at the Kasarani Stadium Police Station, and any leads to find these two women would receive a handsome reward,” said Mbugua.

Another incident revealed that detectives arrested a woman suspected of using drugs to rob unsuspecting residents of their valuables in Nairobi.
A search of the suspect Ruiru’s residence found him with gadgets, phones, iPads, cash and jewelry associated with the complainant.
According to the investigation, there is a wide organized network that uses vulnerable customers for theft, and DCI vowed to break up the broader alliance.
