A strange and emotional incident happened on Tuesday afternoon in Kapkwen, County Bometafter two motorcycles collided, one carrying an empty coffin.

According to witnesses, the boda boda that was transporting the coffin was on its way to Mochwari to take the body of their loved one when the accident happened.
Although no serious injuries were immediately reported, the presence of the casket attracted the attention of many people, making an already tense situation even more disturbing.
After the accident, a group of emotional residents tried to burn the coffin.
Oil was poured on it and a fire was lit, but surprisingly, the casket did not catch fire.
Only a small part seemed to burn, while a large part remained despite repeated attempts.
The strange event left many in shock, with some witnesses expressing confusion at what they called “impossible.”

In the early parts of the video, the coffin was in the grave as it happens in many parts of the world, until a group of men jumped into the grave and started preparing the deceased to sit upright.
After tearing apart some parts of the coffin, they pulled the corpse and placed it on a seat, a move that made the mourners satisfied.
