“Before promoting me to run for president, I want to know how many of us are there. There has been this social media excitement that cannot be translated into political support. I am very ready, even if I am asked to sweep the White House, I will do it. But we must know the number we have, and know how many are registered as voters and can turn out to vote of their own free will,” he said.

The MP for Suna East emphasized that ODM’s internal turmoil is due to Uhuru, not Ruto, accusing the former president of funding rebels to undermine ODM’s cooperation with Ruto.
