Kenyans have consoled gospel musician Agatha Naserian after the death of one of her biggest supporters, Johana Ng’eno.

The MP for Emurua Dikirr died in a helicopter crash on Saturday, February 28. He died along with five other people, and is expected to be buried on Friday, March 6, at his home in Emurua Dikirr, Narok County.
Ng’eno is survived by his widow Nayianoi Ntutu along with their two daughters. Ng’eno and Nayianoi got married in a big wedding that attracted many people in 2018.
Did Johana Ng’eno help the musicians?
The late Member of Parliament, who died in his third term, was known for helping his Kipsigis community, including several musicians from the Rift Valley region.
From attending their events, sponsoring them, to helping promote their music projects, Ng’eno impressed many people with his generosity.
Agatha Naserian and Vicky Brilliance were among the musicians who were close friends of Ng’eno, and he helped them a lot in their musical journey.
Recently, Ng’eno attended the launch of Agatha’s event to support her. The MP helped Agatha a lot to develop her music career.
The award-winning gospel singer from the Maa community paid tribute to Ng’eno, thanking him for his great support.
“You didn’t just believe in my dream, but you gave yourself money and resources to support it. We have lost a great leader. Rest in peace Mr. Johana Ng’eno. My sincere condolences to the family and people of Emurua Dikirr,” Agatha wrote.
On January 11, Agatha and Ng’eno attended a church service at Shining Light of God Ministries in Kapchorwa, Elgeyo Marakwet County.

How did Johana Ng’eno’s wife mourn him?
In other news, it was reported that Nayianoi Ntutu bravely remembered her husband during a memorial service held at AGC Karen on March 4.
The young widow affectionately called him “Joha,” saying he was the husband of her youth. He said the MP was the love of his life from the beginning.
