He finally returned to the city, while the President William Ruto giving him a job.

The Parliamentary Committee on Defence, Intelligence, and Foreign Relations recently approved the appointment of Ida as Kenya’s permanent representative to the United Nations Environment Programme.

Following its voting session on March 20, the committee, chaired by Belgut Member of Parliament Nelson Koech, submitted its report for parliamentary debate.

If approved by Parliament, his nomination will be forwarded to Ruto for official appointment.

As he awaits approval, pictures have shown him talking to Calvince Okoth, popularly known as Gaucho.

There was a sign behind the Ida Odinga Trust, indicating that they were in his office.

The office was elegantly designed and decorated. It had closed curtains, a large conference-style table and comfortable leather chairs.

Gaucho wore a gray polo shirt with a floral dress.

They spoke in the Dholuo language, with Ida responding to what Gaucho said.

“2,500…” he said before realizing that someone was recording a video.

Then he turned to the camera and warned them.

“Don’t take pictures of me without my permission,” he said.

The photographer immediately obeyed his instructions and lowered the camera to the ground.

Many Kenyans on social media agreed with Ida’s actions, saying it was a violation of her privacy, despite the fact that she is a celebrity.

In other news, Citizen TV host Jeff Koinange entertained many Kenyans with his humorous take on the divisions within the ODM party.

During the discussion, he interrupted Catherine Manyo, referring to ODM’s long-serving DJ Spider, who moved to the group Edwin Sifuna.

Sifuna spoke about Spider’s voluntary move, mentioning that he was not paid but would support him if he received a better offer. Jeff’s remarks drew laughter from the studio, as he joked about DJ’s absence from the meeting.
