Covering approximately 11,576 acres, approximately 15-20 kilometers from downtown Nairobi, this private project, valued at approximately KSh 500 billion, ranks as one of the largest real estate endeavors in Kenya.
Designed as a complete and intelligent autonomous city, it combines residential neighborhoods, business districts, industrial areas, and large entertainment areas.

The land, which was previously earmarked for agriculture under family projects like Brookside Dairy and Gicheha Farm, has undergone major infrastructure improvements since around 2018.
Roads, water supply, and electricity networks are now in place, enabling phased construction over an estimated 50-year period in four stages.
The YouTuber’s photos show the impressive orderliness and cleanliness of the project.
Entry begins on a well-maintained road lined with palm trees, with pedestrian walkways and a well-managed security area.
At the entrance, all vehicles are subject to inspection before proceeding, with road signs clearly indicating a speed limit of 50 km/h to promote safety.
The environment generally remains clean, showing the meticulous care that distinguishes it.
Important features appear early in the journey.
One of the first landmarks is the Brookside dairy, with grazing cows still visible nearby.
A short distance away stands the Amref International University (AMIU), whose campus adds an educational foundation to the emerging community.

The residential part stands out clearly. Known as Northlands Heights Apartments, this location feels brighter and greener than the rest, thanks to the expansive landscape.
It opens through a large gate, revealing well-trimmed walkways, ornamental trees, and lines of stylish modern apartments along the street.
The layout prioritizes comfort and modern appeal for families and professionals.
The YouTuber noted the limitations of indoor access, explaining that filming indoors requires advance booking and management approval for the next possible video—potentially protecting privacy during ongoing sales and development.
Strategically located, Northlands City benefits from excellent connectivity via the Road ThikaEastern Bypass, Northern Bypass, and the Ruiru-Juja corridor, making it easily accessible and a major hub for Nairobi and Kiambu regions.
