The footage, which has now gone viral on social media, has sparked outrage over privacy violations and non-consensual photography.
In the middle of the debate, one Kenyan woman has come forward.
Why did the Kenyan woman reject Yaytseslav?
The woman known as Kalekye was recorded by Yaytseslav but he refused his request.
On Tuesday, February 18, Kalekye narrated his encounter with the Russian in Ngara area.
“I was in Ngara waiting for someone to pick me up. This Russian came, we talked. He gave me his number. He asked if we could meet in the evening,” he said.
Kalekye said the incident happened in March 2025.
“I think I was one of his first videos.”
He expressed his expectations about meeting them, but things did not go as he expected.
“I thought we were going to Villa Rosa Kempinski or somewhere like that. However, he sent me to where he lives.”
He noted that his message worried him.
“It was strange because we hadn’t even gotten to know each other well enough to meet in private.”
When asked if he gave him money, Kalekye said no.
“He just told me to go to him. It was scary.”
He admitted that his family saw the video of their conversation.
“They weren’t shocked because I didn’t go. He posted a video of us talking.”
Kalekye answered those who claim he went with him.
“Others claim that I went with him. If you see a video of me in his room, post it. I would like to see it. I didn’t go.”

In that incident, he approached two sisters in a supermarket and tried to impress them with compliments and conversation.
However, one of them bravely rejected him and protected his married sister.
Despite trying to impress them and handing them her business card, she eventually left without success, earning the women a lot of praise online.
