What happened to the woman caught stealing from the Ena Coach bus?

When a passenger tried to handle him, the bus crew quickly surrounded him and pulled him out of the way.

The woman allegedly showed no shame and remained in defense, as seen in a video that went viral on social media.

“Don’t hit her, she’s a woman,” a voice sounded in the background.

“Leave me alone. What’s wrong with you? Why haven’t I returned the phone to you?” the woman said defending herself.

Some of the passengers who were exasperated boycotted to calm down and demanded that he be put down Nakurusaying they did not feel their belongings safe while on the bus.

“Who will stay with him? What car will he take? He will steal many things from usine,” noted one passenger.

Finally, the staff put him back on the bus while trying to calm down the disgruntled passengers.

The viral video sparked a debate online, with Kenyans discussing what they claimed was the difference in treatment for men and women in such situations.
