Does Prophet Owuor cure AIDS?

He interviewed the preacher at his luxurious residence in Nairobi, where he insisted that the healing was real.

It is alleged that he blessed the TV47 team by sending them KSh 20,000 each through their phones, but they returned it after nine days.
Why did the TV47 team return the ‘blessing’ from Prophet Owuor?
Speaking on Radio 47 a day after the article aired, Samira explained the reason for deciding to return the money, despite Prophet Owuor saying that the money was a blessing from God and was not related to the news they prepared.
“We returned to the office at seven o’clock at night after the interview. Then we received money on our phones. The money was aimed at influencing our news so that it would not be too serious. We know them well. If we had not returned them, today we would be the talk of the town.
They sent the money that night, and the next morning we informed the CEO. We did not hide anything. I had already prepared the script, and part of the money was in it. We agreed that we would return the money when the documentary was about to air and turn off our phones. We didn’t know about our safety…,” said Samira.
Samira said returning the money was a matter of integrity, adding that accepting it would put them at risk of pressure or criticism from the public.
“I think it was a trap for us. Imagine if they could lie when we did something right, what would they do if we did something wrong? And what is KSh 20,000?” he questioned.
Did Prophet Owuor ever talk to God?
In other news, TUKO.co.ke reviewed a screenshot that has gone viral purporting to show a conversation between God and Owuor.
A member of Prophet Owuor’s church objected to the pictures of the conversation, calling them false and malicious.
He added that the conversation aimed to defame the name of the prophet and humiliate the church of God.
What did the government say about the healing claims of Prophet Owuor?
It should be noted that the government warned Prophet Owuor against claims of providing miraculous cures for HIV.
