The presenter and his wife got married in 2015, and curious fans were constantly asking them when they would have their first child.
Some fans asked Joyce not to answer such insensitive questions.
Other Kenyans explained that they were praying for the couple to have a child.
In 2022, Joyce vowed to keep matters of her marriage with Waihiga private, insisting that she is married to only one man.
The presenter of the Rauka show noted that he made a covenant between himself, God and Waihiga, which made him not want to involve other people in their relationship.
The news anchor revealed her family’s happiness in December, adding that their hearts were filled with gratitude.
“Last year, God blessed our family with a very precious gift. Every day since then has been a testimony of God’s goodness and faithfulness. We have enjoyed this new and beautiful period of our lives, calmly enjoying every moment. Our hearts are very full, and we are grateful to share the joy that is blooming in our home. Merry Christmas from the Waihiga family,” he wrote on his page Instagram.
Joyce shared a collection of her latest adventures on Instagram, and shared some rare information about her young son.
The presenter’s wife and son were seen playing together in a short video.
The child looked more grown up in the video.
Joyce was seen holding her son’s hands as they played together and wrote the following statement:
“Our young divorcee is growing up so fast.”
