In an adorable video where the couple was giving a testimony in church, they looked adorable in their traditional white attire.
According to Mrs. Omotingubon, the couple got married in 1994 and had been waiting for a child without success.
“I have gone through two unsuccessful IVF treatments, we have gone through prayers and as God will grant me, in May 2024, I got pregnant, and the journey was difficult because of my age, but I was able to pass. When the child came, I was almost 57 years old,” he said.
“I was asking God, when will I testify, you have not shamed me and in January 2025, I gave birth to a bouncing baby boy,” he added.

What was Omotingubon’s message to other couples?
Her husband could not contain his emotions and encouraged those who were waiting, saying that God had not forgotten them at all.
Initially, Omotingubon was the first to be given the microphone to speak, but he was unable to do so as tears flowed down his cheeks, and no words could come out.
The moment was so emotional that the boy who was carrying him in his arms felt it and continued to look at his father crying with assurance that everything was fine.
That’s when someone’s wife grabbed the microphone and saved the day; offered to talk about their journey.
“To the glory of God, the Omotingubon family has been blessed with a bouncing baby boy. If God did it for them, He will surely do it for you. Believe!” asaid Daniel Olukoya, their pastor.
