Dorcah Mogaka was allegedly found dead in her boarding house, leaving the school and her family with questions about her death.

The incident raised concerns among students about the growing trend of their peers dying under mysterious circumstances in universities.

Photos of the young freshman went viral online, prompting mixed reactions from social media users who struggled to accept the news.

Maseno University student dies before joining

This sad story comes a few days after another tragedy at Maseno University, where another student lost his life.

Joseph Kaiser left his family in Rogongo village, Kisii county, in despair as they struggled to accept the news.

Kaiser was a third year college student at the time of his death and was preparing for his integration in Kisii town.

His family was left with many questions as they wondered why fate had treated them badly, and they wanted to know what happened.

Confusion and grief increased when it was discovered that the boy was not at school when he died in Bosongo town.

Kaiser’s final conversation and chat

Kaiser had called his mother asking for the school fees, which he did not delay in sending.

Immediately after receiving the money notification from his loving and supportive mother, he called her.

Kaiser told his mother that he was ready to take his final exams as he hoped to start his relationship.

The call ended with Oganda informing his son that he needed to get back to work and that they would talk later, not knowing that it would be the last time they would talk.
