What caused the death of Silas Abungana?

Abungana’s wife denied the claims of the deceased’s father and mother that she had gone to ask for charcoal to light the fire.

“It’s a lie. I never went to my mother’s kitchen to ask for coal. I was using my gas to cook. Silas never went to fight with his brother about the fire,” he said.

“Silas stopped giving his parents money so that he could build a house. When he went to ask for a place to build, he did not agree with the old man, and it led to a quarrel. His brother wanted to kill me with an axe.”

The woman, who is two months pregnant, is now asking for help from Kenyans.

What did the Kenyans say about the event?

Ruth Naomi Boaz
