Oketch Salah’s Family: Sweet Photos of Raila’s Son’s Rarely Seen Children

Son of the deceased Raila Odinga The ‘raiser’, Oketch Salah, has shown his children amid the ongoing drama with the former prime minister’s daughter, Winnie.

Winnie was on a TV interview where she suggested that Salah should be in Mathare Hospital for mental health problems or DCI for investigation after claiming he was present when Raila died.

The EALA MP also claimed that he met Salah, but did not know who he was and denied that he was with Raila until his last breath.

However, Salah clarified that he did not grow up in Raila’s family, and explained that he met the late veteran politician in 2021 after being introduced by a mutual friend.

Despite his late introduction, Salah gained notoriety as a close ally, often described as Raila’s “adopted son” and claimed to have spent a lot of time with him in his final days.

How many children does Oketch Salah have?

In his latest Facebook post, Salah shared a series of photos with his four children, all dressed in robes and hijabs.

He has three sons and one daughter, and he was surprised how peaceful his day was by spending quality time with them.

“Jumu’ah Mubarak. This Friday, I am grateful to share a quiet and meaningful time with my first four children. To my right stands my daughter, next to her my first son. To my left is my fourth son, and to the far left, my second son. Family is a trust, and faith is its foundation. May Allah guide, protect and bless our children always,” he wrote in his post.

Did Salah’s son get married?

In a separate report, Salah’s son, Abdinoor Oketch Salah, married Isra Ibrahim Hamza on October 25, 2025, in a spectacular Islamic ceremony at the Serena Hotel in Nairobi.

The invite-only Nikah event was attended by dignitaries, including Energy Minister, Opiyo Wandayi and Siaya Senator, Oburu Oginga, who praised Salah for taking care of his brother in his final days.
