Speaking to Ayo TV, Jackline said Daniel Jeremiah is only 13 years old, and he has left her saying he has gone to find his own money so that he does not cause problems to take care of him.
According to the young mother, Daniel was getting ready to go to school while she was in bed, thinking he was going to study.
“After a while I went to see him, but Daniel was nowhere to be seen. Then I came inside and found a letter,” he said.
The letter said: “Mom, I’m sorry, but this is the only way that can work. I don’t want you to keep pushing yourself for me. Mom, I’m sorry; I am saddened by the way you sacrifice yourself for me,” Daniel wrote.

Jackline and Daniel’s relationship
Jackline denied that she had a quarrel with her son and insisted that they live as two friends.
“I try hard to find money so that he doesn’t miss anything, anything basic that he needs. Although I work hard, I provide everything he will need, including food because he knows how to cook.”
“Please return home, my son; you are my father, come and tell me what made you run away,” he said.
Opinions of Kenyans online
Kenyans shared their views on this incident:
Swalehe: “The mother is having trouble, it seems every evening she is nagging the child and telling him that I am finding money for you with difficulty and you are doing stupid things and your father doesn’t care about anything. It seems that this parent always repeats these words to the child because the child thinks that it is not a case, but he is the reason why his mother is suffering. It is better if he just looks for himself instead of Masimongo.”
Endito Oolmaasai: “This is the problem for parents to share with their children the challenges we are going through. especially when the child grows up at a young age.”

Sele Chalii: “Mothers, keep your mouth shut to the children, even if their father did something bad, try to hide your anger, you are speaking very big words in front of the children and this is the result.”
