Hiaya comes at a time when the controversial preacher has been facing public criticism and clashed with some government officials who wanted to demolish his church.
A video surfaced recently showing him daring the government to demolish his church following reports that the land has been earmarked for demolition.
In a viral and emotional video, the preacher insisted that he legally bought the property from the government between 2004 and 2008 and holds a valid title, despite claims by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) that the land was illegally expropriated from Kenya Railways.

He vowed to fight for his rights, describing the place as “the abode of the Lord” instead of an ordinary hut.
The video caused division among Kenyans, some questioning the legality of the acquisition of the land while others supported the “Commander” in his stance against the authorities.
Did Pastor Ng’ang’a upload a picture of his mother?
In a video he shared on his page TikTokNg’ang’a held an old photo he took with his beloved mother many years ago.
In the photo, she looked smart and smiling next to her mother, who was wearing a blue floral skirt suit and completed her look with a dark blue headband.
“My mother and I are here before I even started this service. I went to see my mother, but it happened that I could not stay there. So I returned to Mombasa. So if I tell you there is a God in heaven, I am not guessing,” he said.

Is Pastor Ng’ang’a building a prayer center?
In another report, Ng’ang’a showed a large piece of land in Mbeere, Embu County, where he plans to build a prayer center and a small town.
He promised to bring development to the area, including electricity, roads, and television so that residents can watch his sermons and football matches.
The announcement caused mixed reactions online, with some praising his plan to develop the village while others skeptically compared his promises to those of politicians.
The preacher also shared that he once received a gift of land worth 42 million shillings from a faithful woman follower during a difficult period in his personal life.
