Machakos, Kenya: A young woman who identified herself as Linet Munala has killed her children due to her husband’s alleged estrangement in Nairobi.

Report of KTN said that the condition of their house in Machakos showed violence, including spilled food, children’s school supplies, uniforms, and clothes scattered everywhere.
It is alleged that the poison, which was on the table, was placed in the children’s porridge.
The poisoning case was linked to a domestic dispute that may have been long-standing with her husband.
In the house, non-children’s bodies were found scattered: twins slept in one bed, while their brother was in another bed.
After the suspect committed the act, he told one of his companions. The neighbor notified the authorities, who arrived and found the children dead inside the house.
How did Linet Munala reveal the deaths?
“When I got home, she said that her husband’s friend called her and told her that her husband was avoiding Nairobi, and she started saying that her husband was abusing her,” said his neighbor.
“This sister came with a message from the children’s mother, saying that Mama Aden told her to go home and see the situation,” he shared a housekeeper.
Another neighbor related the deaths to the woman’s lack of clarity about her marriage with her husband and many misunderstandings.
The suspect is now detained at the Mlolongo Police Station..
