About 20 weeks ago, Crowbar and his wife were celebrating their wedding anniversary, and Wanjiru shared a message of love on Instagram.

She accompanied the message with a romantic photo, with the DJ, both wearing matching outfits.
Wanjiru explained that in the 16 years she was with her husband, God surrounded them in times of joy and challenges.
She celebrated their 16 years of marriage with love, noting that she had the best partner.
“It has been a good journey for the past 16 years @djkrowbar. Through the good and the bad of this life, God has brought us through, and today we are here to celebrate his goodness 💝💝💝🎊🎉🎊. Happy wedding anniversary to us dear,” he wrote.
What happened to Crowbar’s wife?
Wanjiru had undergone a kidney transplant in 2025, but later developed health problems.
According to the family, the entertainer’s wife showed great courage in her health struggle.

DJ Mo revealed that he and his wife have been longtime friends of the DJ and his family.
