Darwin DeLeon attended the funeral service of his two children Emmanuel DeLeon and Njeri DeLeon, who died along with their brother, Kairo Winkelpleck.
The emotional service was held at the International Christian Center (ICC) in Nairobi on Friday, January 23, and was attended by friends and family.
The three brothers who lived in the United States, Waterloo, Iowa, died sadly in a road accident, where two boys died on the spot while their sister died while receiving treatment in the hospital.

They had traveled to Kenya for a holiday, hoping to reconnect with their roots, but the trip turned out to be the family’s worst nightmare.
During the service, Darwin could not hold back tears as he wept bitterly in front of his children’s coffins, trying to understand the reality of the intense pain he faced.
She was inconsolable, crying in indescribable pain, an event that touched many people on the Internet as she looked at the bodies of her children.
The children died just days before returning to the United States after enjoying their December vacation in Kenya.

The Samaritans donated KSh 8.6 million to the DeLeon family
In another step, wema donated at least KSh 8.6 million to a grieving family who needed money to cover funeral and hospital bills.
The family had previously revealed that they were facing financial challenges and asked for help to give the three children a dignified burial.
The family announced that the funeral will take place on Saturday, January 24, at the Kariokor Crematorium.
