Popular businesswoman Catherine Wambugu, popularly known as Wambugu Apples, was involved in a car accident.

Catherine used her Facebook account to reveal that she was involved in a fatal accident on the Nyeri-Nyahururu Highway.
He also revealed that he was hospitalized, even though the accident resulted in the deaths of two of his employees.
The businessman asked Kenyans to pray for him. He wrote:
“Hey good people? I just want to inform you that I had an accident last night along the Nyeri-Nyahururu highway. I am currently hospitalized, but fortunately, I am fine. Although I lost two good friends who are employees of Wambugu Apples, Teresa Mumbi Mwaniki and Dommie, please remember me and pray.”

“My sister is blessed Catherine Wambugu, Jehovah Rapha have mercy on you and heal you…you are in our prayers. To the family and friends of your employees who lost their lives in the accident, Jehovah comforts you,” he wrote.

Reports indicated that the musician and her husband, Baba Boys, were involved in a heated argument just before the accident.
Kenyans on social media were worried about the whereabouts of the musician, and later her husband broke his silence.
He revealed that they received treatment at a nearby facility and dismissed allegations that he abused his wife.
