In an increase that has attracted attention, the MP said he had given the party’s leadership seven days to recover his assets.

With the deadline looming, Koimburi made it clear that he was ready to take matters into his own hands if his demands were ignored.

“But my things in Kiambu, my furniture that I donated there, I will take them. I gave them seven days, and now there are four days left. If they do not return them, I will go with the people of Kiambu and we will take the properties of Koimburi,” he warned.
