Gospel artist of Tanzania Rose Muhando has explained why she says she is single.

In an interview, the musician denied claims that she is married to a Kenyan pastor, Robert Lumbasi. Kenyans have been congratulating Muhando, with some saying “Kenya and Tanzania are now one country” due to the alleged marriage.
The preacher had previously announced in the church that he had married Muhando and even paid a dowry to her family.
He warned men not to approach her, saying that Muhando was already someone’s wife. He also noted that the wedding ceremony was private.
Is Rose Muhando married?
The preacher openly declared his love for Muhando. He added that he respects him a lot.
In a separate interview, Muhando denied claims that he is married. He explained that the preacher only meant that he loved him.
“When he said he married me, I have never been married. Heaven knows, and God also knows I have never been married. Marriage is something different. Maybe I should take your example, you have gone and told a girl you love her. How many times have you been in love? How many have you loved? To love someone is to marry her? I have been loved, but to be loved is not to marry. Please, there is a difference. Make the distinction that marriage is something sacred before God. It is not something to play with.” he said.
The musician also admitted that he once asked God to give him a white man.
“At that time I spoke from my heart and said, ‘God give me a white man.’ Everyone has their choice. But if he did not come, God’s will be done,” he said.
He added that marriage is not his priority at the moment. Muhando said what he focuses on is producing music.

Why does Muhando wear black clothes?
In other news, the musician responded to those who claimed that he uses dark magic to maintain the success of his career.
He also said that people who associate black clothes with the devil and white clothes with angels are mentally colonized. Muhando asked God to forgive those who speak ill of him.
