A little girl from Kiambu County who survived the tragic accident in Karai, which killed her father who was a catechist, her mother, and her two brothers, has paid tribute to them.

Claire Wairimu was among those who were alive after the accident, which happened more than a week ago, but for luck Unfortunately, his father, Catechist James Njoroge Kabari, his wife Teresia, and their two children lost their lives.
On Wednesday, January 14, grieving family and friends gathered to bury four members of the community, and during the somber ceremony, Claire’s tributes to her dead family members were read, leaving many in tears.

“I stand here with a heavy heart. I know how much mom and dad loved us. You took care of us, protected us and provided for us, and worked hard to make us a happy home. Your love made us feel safe. Mike, you were my friend and my partner. We shared happy times, and I will always remember you. John, you were so young, but you brought love and joy to our home. I will always remember you. Even though my parents and siblings are not here with me, you will always be in my heart mine. I miss him so much,” part of his message to his loved ones said
Where was the deceased Kiambu family buried?
The deceased catechist and his family they were buried in Kiganjo, Kiambu County.
Member of Parliament for Gatundu South, Kagombe, was among those present to encourage family members who were in grief.
“Today I attended the funeral of the late Catechist James Njoroge, his wife, and his two sons, who lost their lives in a road accident in Naivasha. They were buried in the Ndundu cemetery, Kiganjo County. We continue to stand with family, friends, and the whole community in prayer and solidarity in this time of great sadness. May their souls find eternal rest,” he wrote on Facebook.

In other sad news, the family was heartbroken following the death of their 11-year-old daughter, Serahfina Godian John, who passed away one day after saying goodbye to his parents his with heartfelt words during the New Year celebrations.
Her mother, Neema Meshack, painfully described her daughter’s last days and the activities she did.
