KCSE 2025: Clever Twin Sisters Score As 83 and 84 Points Respectively

A Kenyan family is celebrating a double win in the recently released Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) 2025 results, where their twin daughters scored well.

Twin boys Michelle and Maureen Kerina scored 83 and 84 points, respectively, and were celebrated at their schools, Loreto and Alliance high schools, for their good performance.

Speaking to Citizen TVMaureen and Michelle revealed that they supported each other during their senior year of high school, despite having different academic schedules and attending different schools.

“During the holidays, I was more of a night person and Maureen was more of a morning person. But during the day, we would sit and do our jobs, and share ideas about what our different schools taught us,” Michelle said.

“Yes, we would help each other during the day. But whenever there was sleep, it was her time to study,” Maureen repeated.

Although the twins expected to get an A in their KCSE, they did not expect to get the perfect scores of 83 and 84 points.

“The A of 84 was a surprise. I expected to get an A, but not the perfect one. I’m very surprised,” Maureen said.

Michelle echoed her sister’s statement, saying she expected to get an A, but her 83 points were a pleasant surprise.

The twin sisters thank their parents for their support

The sisters warmly thanked their parents for their support, saying they played an important role in shaping them into the smart young women they are today.

Michelle highlighted her mother’s spirituality, which encouraged and encouraged her as she sat for the KCSE exams.

“The family would sit with us and talk and encourage us to work hard because of all the opportunities available. They have given us good spiritual values, as Michelle said, and all that helped us get good grades,” Maureen said.

What course are A’s considering?

Although the sisters have different career aspirations, they hope to be accepted into the University of Nairobi or any Ivy League university.

Maureen hopes to pursue aviation or architecture, while Michele hopes to pursue a doctorate.

“I believe there are opportunities for female students to develop themselves, especially in the aviation industry. There are very few female pilots in Kenya, and I want to be one of those few,” Maureen said.

In other news, a Kenyan father celebrated his daughter’s excellent results in the KCSE 2025 examination.

Boni Manyala, a public relations specialist, shared a proud Facebook post celebrating her daughter’s performance after she scored an impressive B+ in the KCSE 2025 examination.

Manyala noted that her daughter’s good performance in the exam now paves the way for her to pursue her dream profession, law.
