The school, which has been recording good results for decades, has set new standards for excellent performance which enabled all students who took the national examination to qualify for university places.
The principal of the School, Linet Pino, who shared the results with the students continuing their studies, noted that 914 students took the test and all got C+ and above.
“We got A (plain) 9, A- (minus) 178, B+ (plus) 396, B (plain) 273, B- (minus) 54, and C+ (plus) 4,” Pino noted.
Compared to the 2024 KCSE results, Asumbi showed a positive increase of 0.6 points.
“This year, we have a total of 764 students registered for KCSE 2026. We believe we will do better this year,” the principal said as the students clapped and celebrated.
Over the years, Asumbi has been doing very well, and the principal noted that this success has been achieved through close cooperation between students, teachers, and parents.
“We could have achieved this without one of our members fulfilling their responsibilities. I thank everyone who worked for the best example,” Pino said.
The students took the party to the field, singing a song to praise the students of the year 2025 while dancing with great joy.
