He shared a plate with three people and was seen whispering and smiling at the restaurant owner standing next to him.
George expressed his appreciation that the food was delicious and that he enjoyed the meal.
The owner of the restaurant posted the photo and wrote:
“Today we are full of joy to be visited by our brother @george ruto to taste the most delicious biryani in the city.”
