Aziz Ki’s achievements in AFCON
On New Year’s Eve, Aziz Ki played a key role as his country finished in the top two of Group E at the Africa Cup of Nations, helping them qualify for the round of 16 with a 2-0 win over Sudan.
He scored the opening goal in the win, which ultimately secured second place in the group.
The team now faces a tough challenge in the round of 16 against Ivory Coast on Tuesday, January 6. In the group stage, Aziz and his teammates won two matches and lost one, starting with a 2-1 win against Equatorial Guinea before losing 1-0 to group leaders Algeria.
Their last-gasp win against Sudan ensured they beat the North Africans to take second place, with both teams level on points before the final clash.
Wedding of Aziz Ki and Hamisa Mobetto
It should be noted that the Burkina Faso star is married to a famous socialite Tanzania Hamisa Mobetto, but she is not the mother of the dead child.
Their lavish wedding took place in February 2025 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, including a traditional dowry and Nikkah ceremony.
