Member of Parliament for Kapseret, Oscar Sudihas fulfilled his promise after promising to build a house for the mother of an employee who died earlier this year.

Sudi had promised to help Peninah Manyara, the mother of Dwayne Mungai, an employee of the Timba XO nightclub who died in January 2025.
The club based Eldoret announced the employee’s death, describing him as a valued colleague and friend, and offering condolences to his family.
What did Sudi promise to Dwayne Mungai’s mother?
During Dwayne’s funeral, Sudi promised to build the mother a three-bedroom house to improve her housing situation.
He added that the mother previously had challenges running a small clothing business and was sometimes dependent on her son.
To help him financially, Sudi gave KSh 400,000, saying that the purpose of the act was to reduce the difficulty he was going through and to give him comfort after the death of his son.
On Friday, December 26, Sudi shared a video of him handing over the house to Mungai’s mother.
“Dwayne worked faithfully for me. Every day when I went to work, he informed me of the progress. However, he died due to health problems. During his funeral, I was told that the mother was living in Langas in a bad situation. I decided to build a house for her so that she could reap the results of her son’s efforts.”

Sudi said that he will give the other four houses he built.

“The value of each house and land is KSh 7.5 million,” he said.
After that he advised Dwayne’s mother to contact her neighbors to get to know each other.
“We will live in solidarity as neighbors.”

Dwayne’s mother felt a sense of joy after receiving the house, and tears of joy appeared.
Sudi uploaded the video with the caption:
“Dwayne was a hard working IT professional. I decided to give this house to my mother to honor the memory of her late son. His strength, hard work, and dedication to the community made a big impact, and this gift is a small token of respect for his legacy.

How did Oscar Sudi lose money?
