Ruto has been moving around and was recently seen in Baringo with George Ruto and Nadia Cherono.

The leader of the country appeared in public with his family with his children during the Cultural Festival and the Kimalel goat auction.

Ruto, who adopted Nadia in 2015 after she was rescued from an abandoned orphanage in Machakos, was seen in uniform with George, both wearing white shirts.

However, the president opted for formal pants, black shoes, a fedora hat, and a walking stick, while his son opted for casual cargo pants and sports shoes.

What Is Ruto’s Christmas Message?

A video shared on Christmas Eve showed Ruto appealing to the younger generation as he used street language associated with Gen Z.

The president put on a hat and shirt and stood outside the place where he usually receives guests. He went down the stairs with a guard standing firmly behind him.

Ruto was very happy when he spoke to Kenyans.

“Kenyans, in 2025, we have reached it. I wish you a merry Christmas and a good and blessed year 2026. On the road, let’s drive carefully—let’s avoid unnecessary losses. Otherwise, thank you very much, God bless you. I love you guys.”

Gen. Edwin Kiprotich:

His use of street language did not go unnoticed, sparking reactions from Kenyans:

How was Ruto shocked?

In other news, TUKO.co.ke reported that Ruto faced two shocking incidents during public duties recently in Kenya.

On December 9, while inaugurating the expanded Tsavo West Rhino Sanctuary in Taita Taveta with the American delegation, a newly released black rhino briefly jumped on their raised vehicle, prompting the president to react instinctively before the animal turned away.

Laughter followed as relief entered.

Three days later, on Republic Day at Nyayo Stadium, an F-5 of the Kenya Air Force emitted a loud explosion, causing Ruto and other senior officials to hang and look at the sky despite earlier announcements.

The traditional fair also caused damage to nearby property, including broken windows, prompting residents to seek compensation.
