According to Citizen TVofficers who entered the room later found it disintegrated, raising concerns that the victim may have suffered injuries before falling from the building.
Detectives found a used surgical razor, alcohol, and drugs, suggesting the man may have self-harmed.
Investigators also discovered bloodstains spread throughout the room and in the toilet, adding to the complexity of the case.
The body of the Kilimani victim was transferred to Lee Funeral Home
Police said the victim suffered serious injuries after the fall, including a head injury, broken bones, and a broken leg.
His body was found lying on the ground in the apartment complex shortly after the incident.

A 25-year-old man fell from a Kilimani apartment
This latest tragedy comes just a few weeks after another case of death was reported in Kilimani street involving a 25-year-old man.
The police had started an investigation into the death of Festus Lee Orono, who fell from the 14th floor of an apartment on Kindaruma Road.
A 48-year-old woman, believed to be his girlfriend, was arrested to assist police in their investigation.
According to investigators, Orono and the woman had paid for a room on Friday, November 28, for a weekend getaway and were later joined by another male friend.
The three people were reported to have been drinking all night before the argument broke out in the early hours of Sunday, November 30.
Police said the man’s friend left shortly after the argument, and Orono is believed to have been beaten during the altercation.
Detectives believe she may have been pushed over the balcony railing, and the woman later went to bed without raising the alarm.
Security guards later discovered Orono’s body lying on top of a parked car after residents reported hearing a loud explosion.
