A Dreamline passenger bus has been involved in a fatal accident at Magina Station, near Kijabe, on the Nairobi-Naivasha Road.

Initial reports indicate that the accident occurred at approximately seven in the morning on Thursday, December 18, when the bus collided head-on with a cargo truck coming from the other side.
How many people were injured in the Magina accident?
The impact of the accident caused the front part of the bus to be badly damaged, while several passengers suffered serious injuries
Pictures that TUKO.co.ke saw showed rescuers pulling out a passenger through the front of the bus which was badly crushed.

However, the exact number of casualties has not yet been confirmed, although authorities fear there may have been deaths.

The incident happened just a few days after the former Member of Parliament for Lugari, Cyrus Jirongo, died in an accident that happened on the Nakuru-Nairobi road in the Karai area.
Jirongo suffered many injuries, including injuries to his chest, abdomen and broken arms and legs.
