Festus Amimo: KBC Promised His Son The Late Mayienga FM Broadcaster Work

Festus Amimo, the boss of Mayienga FM, will be buried on Friday, December 19, at his home in Awasi village. Amimo died on Sunday, December 7, after a fall.

As chairman of the Luo press association, he was celebrated as a champion of change.

On Tuesday, December 16, the staff of KBC, owners of Mayienga FM, held a candlelight ceremony to honor their late colleague.

KBC assures that it will cooperate with the family of Festus Amimo

During his farewell mass in Nairobi, Agnes Kalekye Nguna, the executive director of the national channel, vowed to employ Amimo’s son, Kennedy Ibrahims, at KBC TV.

The center pledged to support the family and encourage Amimo’s donation.

How David Ochieng helped Festus Amimo’s family

As previously reported, Ugenya Member of Parliament, David Ochieng, paid a heartfelt tribute to his late friend to finance the construction of a beautiful ‘lion’ for Amimo’s son.

This step follows the custom that the son can build a house only when the father is present; otherwise, the mother must find someone to replace the father.
