Betty Bayo’s brother explains why the family wants his body exhumed

Since his death, a lot of news has come out, with the issues of the upbringing of his children, Sky Victor and Danivictor, getting a lot of attention.

The situation worsened after Betty’s mother and brother went public with allegations about her love life.

Her mother however claimed there may have been fraud in Betty’s death, calling for an inquest which could see the singer’s body re-examined.

Why does Betty’s family want an autopsy?

While on the live show of TikTok and popular social media presenter Shiru of Oakland, Betty’s brother, Edward Mbugua, explained why the family wants her body to be examined.

“We have a plan to examine my sister’s body so that an autopsy can be done. We just want to know what really happened, and even if it turns out that she died for the reasons mentioned, then our hearts will find peace. I think even the public wants to know what really happened,” Mbugua said.

He added that the family is seeking financial assistance to cover the cost of a coroner and a lawyer to handle legal proceedings.

Mbugua shared the Paybill number, asking well-wishers to donate, and plans to continue once everything is sorted.

When will Pastor Kanyari take his children?

Earlier, TUKO.co.ke reported that Betty’s ex-husband, Pastor Victor Kanyari, expressed a plan to take custody of their children from their stepfather, Hiram Gitau (Tash).

While preaching in his church, the pastor revealed that he has bought a luxury house worth KSh 91 million to move in with his children.

He added that his plan to take care can be implemented in the next few days after the sermon.
